Based on the validated assumption  that there are some certain resemblances in Myrorna’s presence reflecting the operation of regular new clothes brands, which is to lower the stigma attached to used clothes and items, the thesis then recruit various participants who are defined as new potential customers to join experiments and focus group discussion to explore whether there is any change in their valuation towards secondhand clothes with these virtual channels.
